I do not take it

That the One I
love most in life
And who knows me
more than I know myself
Is the Lord God
Almighty
Creator of heaven
and earth.
I do not take it

That He loved me
enough
To send His Son to
give me life
And give me ears
to hear
And eyes to see.
I do not take it
lightly
That I have open
and free communion
With the God who
created the world
And everything in
it
And that He loves
being one with me.
I do not take it
lightly
That I once was
blind but now I see
That I once was
dead but now I am alive
That someday He
will come again
And I will dwell
with Him, in His kingdom
Forever and ever.
I do not take it
