Culture is a common denominator of people
The world dummies down to the lowest
Those who follow Christ rise up to the
highest
We are not to be relevant
We are to be radically different
As different as light from dark
As different as life from death
We are not in relationship with the world
We are in relationship with God’s Kingdom
We are not of the flesh, the human nature
We are of the Spirit, the Divine nature
Our homeland is a heavenly one
On earth we are aliens, strangers, and
exiles
Our citizenship is in a city prepared by
God
It has foundations
It’s designer and builder is God
It is there God will dwell with us
We will be His people
He Himself will be our God
Forever and forever.
